This Privacy Policy explains how Justin Pugh, doing business as Frontdesk AI ("Frontdesk AI," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our website and services (the "Service"). We operate from Rockford, Illinois.
This policy covers two groups: (1) our customers — the businesses that subscribe to Frontdesk AI; and (2) end users — the customers of those businesses, whose information passes through the Service. Roles differ for each group, and we explain both below.
From our business customers (account holders):
From end users (your customers), on your behalf:
Automatically:
We use information to:
We use third-party AI services to help generate responses and process communications. Inputs may be processed by these providers solely to deliver the feature you requested.
We do not sell personal information.
When we handle information about your customers (end users), we act as a service provider / processor on your behalf. We process that information only to provide the Service to you and according to your instructions and this policy. The business that uses Frontdesk AI is responsible for its own privacy practices toward its customers, including providing required notices and obtaining required consents.
We share information only as needed:
A current list of major subprocessors is available on request at rockfordtechai@gmail.com.
The Service sends and receives text messages and calls on behalf of our business customers. Message and call content may be stored to provide features like the message inbox and call log. Consent for messaging end users is the responsibility of the business customer. End users can opt out of messages by replying STOP or by contacting the business.
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. On account termination, we make data available for export for a limited period and then delete or anonymize it, unless retention is legally required.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including signed authentication tokens, hashed passwords, access controls on our backend functions, and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Business customers can manage much of their account data directly in the dashboard. To make a request, contact us at rockfordtechai@gmail.com. End users should generally direct requests to the business they interacted with; we will assist that business as its service provider.
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information has been provided to us, contact rockfordtechai@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
